Angela Michie
L.I.S.T.D R.S.A
Angela is the principle of Cora Theatre Arts and has over 25 years experience working with children. Angela trained professionally at Laine Theatre Arts going on to perform in theatre, television, and international shows in England, Europe, the Middle East and the Far East. Angela later went on to manage and perform in her own dance company which successfully toured the world.
When she hung up her dance shoes, Angela was invited to teach at the highly revered Bush Davies Schools, she also guest taught at Bird College, Urdang Academy and West Street Ballet School.
Sophie-Jayne Unwin
DDE
Sophie received her initial training at Cora Theatre Arts, before going on to train professionally at Performers College, she then received a full scholarship to train at Bird College. During her time at college, Sophie also trained at The National Centre for Circus Arts, specialising in tumbling and acrobatics.
Sophie holds her DDE in Imperial Classical ballet, Modern Theatre and Tap and continues to further her teaching qualifications and has been enjoying a series of teaching courses at the internationally renowned Royal Ballet School, as well as training in 'Progressing Ballet Technique' and the teaching of 'Radar Technique', Sophie is also a certified teacher or Acrobatic Arts
Sophie performed as a principle dancer in international shows in Spain and Marrakech, commercial concept dance videos, television adverts, various music videos and the Disney film Cinderella. She has also choreographed and performed in various fashion shows
